These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of gogray.today and the Go Gray iOS app (together, the “Service”) operated by atareh studios inc (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Go Gray helps you reduce phone distraction with grayscale and related screen-time tools. Features may change as we improve the product.
You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
Some features require a paid auto-renewable subscription (for example Go Gray Pro Monthly or Yearly). Prices are shown in the App Store at purchase time and may vary by region.
Apple's Media Services Terms also apply to App Store purchases: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under their policies.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as provided. You may not reverse engineer, abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service, or use it to violate law or others' rights.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. Screen Time / Family Controls data used by the app stays on your device except as needed for Apple frameworks and subscription status via RevenueCat/Apple.
The Service, branding, and content are owned by atareh studios inc or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Go Gray is a productivity aid, not medical or mental-health advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or stop providing the Service, including if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may also be noted in the app or by email if you subscribed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply. App Store purchases remain subject to Apple's terms with you.
