iOS does not tell apps whether Color Filters are on, so Go Gray keeps track of the switches it makes. If you switch another way (the Color Filters button in Control Center, triple-click or Settings), Go Gray cannot see it. To fix it, open Go Gray and go to Settings › Status › Screen › Not right? To prevent it, switch with Go Gray Toggle.
Make sure Go Gray Toggle is installed: in Go Gray, tap Shortcuts. Check that Color Filters is set to Grayscale. If iOS asked to allow Go Gray Toggle to run actions from Go Gray, tap Allow.
In Go Gray, open Settings › Status. Screen Time access, Apps to watch, Nudges and Notifications should each show a check. Tap the button next to any item that needs attention.
The time from each switch to color made with Go Gray until you switch back to gray. It is clock time, so it keeps counting while your screen is off.
